Ingredients

2 large apples

1/2 lemon

1 1/2 cups sparkling water (optional)

Directions

Slice apples and lemons small enough to fit into a juicer. Juice apples and lemon. Whisk together to make sure they are well-blended. Divide among three glasses. If using sparkling water, pour it into the glasses, then stir.
